Creating an account is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation, fill in your details including your student ID, and verify your email address. You'll then have access to all application features.
Our platform supports three main types of applications:
- Course Work Applications: Apply for specific courses, course work programs, and academic modules
- Dissertation Proposals: Submit research proposals and dissertation applications with supporting documents
- Other Applications: Apply for internships, exchange programs, and other academic opportunities
Yes! You can save your application as a draft at any time and come back to complete it later. This is especially useful for longer applications like dissertation proposals where you might need to gather supporting documents.
Once you're logged in, you can view all your applications and their current status in your dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications when your application status changes (submitted, under review, approved, or rejected).
We support common document formats including:
- PDF files (.pdf)
- Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx)
- Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png)
- Text files (.txt)
Review times vary depending on the type of application:
- Course Work Applications: 3-5 business days
- Dissertation Proposals: 7-14 business days
- Other Applications: 5-10 business days
Once submitted, applications cannot be edited. However, if your application is rejected, you can create a new application with the necessary corrections. We recommend reviewing your application carefully before submitting.
